Survival of the Fittest Group

I’ve heard Darwin’s theory of evolution described as one of the most dangerous ideas in human history–the idea that a single individual needs to fight against all others for its sole survival. That’s the problem with our Western culture today. Instead, thinkers who pre-dated Darwin suggested “survival of the fittest group” which provides for collaboration rather than conquering others. It’s great to see science finally begin to catch up with conscious awareness and prove that “survival of the fittest” is primitive …!
