How we perceive time is affected by how much we focus and what we focus on.  That is why I coined the term “Focused Perception”.  When we use a particular type of focus we can actually change time for ourselves.  

In my book it talk about how science proves that time is not what we think, it is controlled by us.  It is the basis of many exercises in the book.  If you can focus your mind using the exercises in the book you can do a lot of things one which is control the passage of time.
